Training Field Location
Endeavor training and trials are at Overlook Park in White Rock, down hill from the town of Los Alamos in the mesa area between the Jemez Mountains and the Rio Grande River. Los Alamos is West on NM 502 from Santa Fe or Espanola. NM 502 splits and the right lane turns into State Rd 4 which leads to White Rock and Bandelier. In White Rock, turn left at Rover ( the first light in White Rock). Turn left again at next street, this is Meadow Lane. Drive for about 2-3 minutes and you will see a gate and a sign for Overlook on your left.. Most the fields are visible from the road so we are easy to find.
Bring: shade, sunscreen and chairs. There is always lots of sun.
Please do not walk dogs on fields except for training. There is plenty of open space around the fields for dog walking. Be sure to cleanup after your dog. Overlook is heavily used by people and some dogs especially on the weekends. The general public is invited to stop by and see our work, so be good ambassadors.
There are convenience and gas stores at the intersection of Rover and Hwy4. The Smith's Food and Liquor store is at the next light on Hwy4 and after the Rover intersection.
